Annual Complaints Report 20-21

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) recognises the value of feedback from service users and uses learning from complaints to improve service delivery, performance and in the development of new services.

In accordance with the NHS Complaints Regulations (2009), the CCG is required to prepare an Annual Complaints Report, which sets out the information gained from the complaints received during the year.  The report summarises activity and performance of the complaints process, highlights the main themes and identifies any learning or actions arising from the complaints received.

The CCG's 2020/21 Annual Complaints Report was reviewed and approved by the CCG Governance Committee on 22nd July 2021.  A copy of the report can be found here.
