Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event focusing on achieving good mental health and the theme for this year is 'nature'.
This year, we're inviting the people of Derby and Derbyshire to immerse themselves in the '5 Ways to Wellbeing', while reconnecting with nature across the week. The ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ are a set of pillars which are key to improving our mental health, they’re geared around themes of social connectedness, physical activity, awareness, learning, and giving. The five pillars are:
- Be active
- Take notice
- Keep learning
