NHS Derby and Derbyshire CCG’s Standards of Business Conduct and Managing Conflicts of Interest Policy has been updated to reflect new guidance issued by NHS England and is designed to ensure that such potential conflicts are identified and managed appropriately. The CCG’s policy can be viewed here. This policy should also be read in conjunction with the CCG’s Gifts & Hospitality Policy, Procurement Policy and Whistleblowing Policy.
All members of the CCG’s Governing Body, CCG staff and General Practices must declare any interests they have that might conceivably conflict with their work in the CCG. In complying with the NHS England revised statutory guidance on Managing Conflicts of Interest (updated June 2017), it is a requirement that the CCG maintains and publishes a Register of Gifts, Hospitality and Sponsorship and a Register of Procurement Decisions and Register of Breaches.
Previous registers (up to 6 years ago) can be requested from the Head of Governance. Our Governing Body and Committee Register of Interests for 2019/20 can be viewed here.
